Sneak Peek.

I’ve had quite a few photo shoots lately- it’s been so much fun. I love being creative and using what God has given me to bless other people. Here are a few that caught my eye.

Sweet Baby. You think she’s cute- wait ’til you see her mommy…

See? I told you:)  She’s adorable- just like her whole family!

Kelli - …and I want to have ANOTHER one too. You’re are the BEST, photographer, friend. You are such a good friend. Love these photos, girl!

5 Months.

How quickly the time goes. I know, I know…I’m like a broken record. Say something new, Emily. I just can’t help it- it’s the truth. The days are LOOOOONG, but the years (and months and weeks) are SHORT.  It’s a strange phenomenon. I’m trying to enjoy every moment.

Here’s a look at Chloe. 5 months old.

And just for fun… A photo of Kennedy at 5 months old.

And another look at Chloe’s room with the pictures on the wall. Thank you James- love you♥

Hallie - So guess who bought that exact same “C” at Marshalls?

May 19, 2010 - 1:42 pm

emily - I loved them so much I bought a “K”, a “J” and an “E”- Great minds really DO think alike! 🙂

Working on the bedrooms.

I told you I’ve got the decorating bug, right?  In the “5 minutes here and 5 minutes there” free-time that I have, I’ve been busy.  Here’s a little something (canvas-y) that I’m working on for Chloe’s room.  I printed all the photos for the wall and placed them in their frames. Now all I have to do is find some extra time for James so he can hang said frames. We’ll see how that goes 🙂

Here’s a little photo of Chloe. She LOVES her daddy- they all prefer him.  He’s so much fun- how could they not??  She’s laughing out loud these days. It’s cute- it kinda sounds like a cough.  Do you see that yummy fabric to the left of her?  I have BIG plans for that fabric!!

Random♥   I walked into my laundry room this morning and found this:

I laughed so hard. I called out to the boys to see who did this & Cade yells up to me, ” I did. He stinks! He smells like Keagan.”
Maybe Keagan needs a bath?  It’s hard to keep track, I’m not gonna lie.

jenny - I find that the sniff test is the most accurate. I won’t tell you what Caleb’s blanket smells like at this moment. But, it’s one step up from a cloth diaper pail, that’s a comfort.

cari - Baths are highly over rated. Just let everyone get stinky and noone will be able to discern where the smell is coming from. Also, that canvas?? Let me know when you open your etsy shop and the friends discount kicks in.

May 12, 2010 - 2:42 am

emily - I gave Keagan a bath tonight and THEN let him eat spaghetti. Shouldn’t I know better than that by now??

May 12, 2010 - 7:01 pm

Hallie - I love the canvas, can’t wait to see the room. Haven’t you always had an aversion to bathing the children? Remember that spray stuff you bought to cover up the stink?

May 12, 2010 - 11:15 pm

emily - Actually, is is Mustella No-Rinse Cleansing Fluid- it smells SO yummy and it’s great when you don’t have time to give them a bath. Or maybe you could just spray some Fabreze on ’em and call it good 🙂
